The spacious room with a jacuzzi in the balcony. Service was great. They attended to every single request in a short matter of time. It's also easy to plan the itinerary with their help.

The view from the balcony was awesome, jacuzzi worked fine, comfy bed, friendly staff, delicious breakfast with an egg station and tasty waffles/pancakes.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Relaxing place. Excellent infinity pool with great views over the north end bay of Chaweng. Food was excellent quality but expensive when local taxes are added if compared to the resort in general. Staff are very attentive at all times. Facilities in the room with jacquzzi were great .
There should be more offers to encourage you to try the facilities of the Spar treatments and Restuarant.

i think Kc was a wonderul hotel, clean friendly very good value for money. Only one thing! its on a big steep hill, however they do provide their own little shuttle bus at the bottom of hill to take you up to the top Thank God! you can get very breathless, but overall fantastic.
just the steep hill, but heh! plus factor you get a workout at the same time..

This place has a fantastic location close to a great restaurant, the beach, and the airport, and it's also convenient to access up the hill.

Big room, beautiful view, comfortable bed
Location not so bad if you have a scooter but otherwise costs 250 baht each way! Shuttle only 3 times a day during the low season. A number of the staff had quite a bit of attitude!

The room was fantastic, with an amazingly large, comfortable bed. Bathroom was very clean and large with a fantastic shower and jaccuzzi. Staff were wonderfully polite and friendly. The pool was lovely. The quality of the food was good.
The staff all seemed rather young and inexperienced. Their attitude could not be faulted, but the speed of service in the bar and restaraunt was very slow. A request for a shisha pipe took nine people twenty minutes to sort out. Food was rather overpriced. The sun loungers by the pool fall into the shade at around 2pm everyday. The location of the hotel is slightly isolated and would not be suitable for pensioners or people who have difficulty walking long distances.

I loved the hotel's infinity pool with its stunning sea view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful advice and checking in on us frequently. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the Thai food served was incredibly fresh and delicious. The shuttle bus service to the hotel's beach club was also convenient and easy to use.
Nothing bad to say.

A great hotel, with plenty of luxury and generally good service. The reception staff, porters etc were really helpful and friendly. The views from the hotel are great, over the beach and sea. If you can stretch yourself, I would really recommend at least 1 night in one of the over water villas, that come complete with all modern conveniences and a private swimming pool underneath the villa. Yes, the hotel is on a hill hence the views, but there is always a buggy on-hand to ferry you to the bottom or top if you can't be bothered to walk. All in all I think a good choice.
The hotel is not on the beach, and does not have any beach-side facilities, although its only a 5 minute walk. The service at breakfast was a little bit disorganised at times, but nothing really to complain about.
